  • Extra Credit Opportunity: attend presentation by poet and National Book Award winner Jacqueline Woodson, author of Brown Girl Dreaming, from 12:30PM to 2PM.  Location TBA.  Students who attend will receive 5 points.  Students who also read and mark the packet of her poems in the course documents section of Blackboard will receive an additional 5 points.  Students who purchase her book and read and mark it will receive ten points.
